Delivery
We ship every order from our own UK warehouse with free tracked delivery. There is no minimum spend and no delivery surcharge on any product.
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Anything after that, or over the weekend, goes out the next working day. Once your parcel is on its way you will receive tracking so you can follow it to your door. Most UK deliveries arrive within two to three working days of dispatch.
If a scent is showing as sold out, you can still view it, and we restock popular lines regularly. Get in touch if you would like to know when something is coming back.
Returns
If a fragrance is not right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item needs to be unused and in its original, sealed condition, with any cellophane or packaging intact. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept perfumes that have been opened or sprayed.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are a different matter entirely. If something arrives in poor condition or we have sent the wrong thing, tell us and we will put it right at no cost to you, including return postage.
How to return an item
Email us with your order number and a quick note on what you are sending back, and we will reply with the return address and next steps. Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund to your original payment method, usually within three to five working days.
