We buy through proper channels and store everything ourselves here in the UK, so the fragrances are handled carefully and dispatched quickly rather than sitting in transit for weeks. That control over the supply chain is how we can stand behind every order.

If you ever have a genuine reason to doubt the authenticity of something you have bought from us, contact us straight away. We will look into it properly and, where a concern is founded, put it right with a replacement or a full refund. We would rather lose a sale than sell you something we could not vouch for.
